July 1, 2026 – The 25th China International Die & Mould Technology and Equipment Exhibition (DIE & MOULD CHINA 2026) opens at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao). Heli runs China’s largest cast mold production base, turning out over 700 mold sets per year with 25% for export. It customizes 9,000T clamping force mega molds and molds over 150 tons, serving global tier-one suppliers including NEMAK, MAGNA and KPSNC, as well as car brands BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and BYD.
The company’s 80+ R&D team (including professors and PhDs) invests RMB 20 million annually in innovation, cooperating with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and holding over 30 patents. Equipped with 75 DMG MORI & GROB high-precision machines and a 3,500 m² constant-temperature workshop, Heli adopts PLM/MES digital systems to deliver high-accuracy molds and shorten customers’ lightweight component development cycles.
Aluminum Alloy Components Division: Multi-process Casting with Self-developed Alloys
Heli displays new energy aluminum castings including motor housings, battery trays, shock towers and subframes, supported by high/low-pressure die casting, gravity casting and 3D printing technologies. Its patented HL-111 heat-treatment-free aluminum alloy and HL-211 high thermal conductivity alloy effectively resolve casting deformation and heat dissipation issues.
Production lines feature 400T–4,400T Bühler & Italpresse die-casting cells plus automated machining equipment, delivering one-stop services from mold design and material R&D to finished castings.
Braking Systems Division: Specialized "Little Giant" for Autonomous Driving Chassis
The division supplies automatic slack adjusters, air disc brakes and brake chambers for BYD, Yutong, King Long and other commercial vehicle OEMs. Partnered with Japan’s Nabtesco, Heli co-develops NEV electric air compressors and the world’s first L5 autonomous steer-by-wire system for heavy-duty trucks, realizing cross-divisional technical synergy among molds, castings and chassis components.
